MARGAO: Dempo Sports Club attacking midfielder Peter Carvalho and Churchill Brothers defender Denzil Franco were being talked about as possible new signings for East Bengal.
Sources informed that there have been initial rounds of talks and both are eager to play for East Bengal, who would welcome them with open arms.
Meanwhile Australians striker Ozbey Tolgay is keen to continue with Dempo SC for another season. East Bengal have reignited their interest in Tolgay but the former turned down the offer.
