Speaking to Herald, sources said that the matter is expected to come up as a mention on Friday and that if the SC decides to hear it at a later date, a lawyer will move an application before the JMFC in Margao seeking a hearing at later date.
Should the matter not be mentioned or should the SC not take it up even after it is mentioned, then Pacheco will surrender wherever he is and fly to Goa under intimation and make himself available for arrest, sources said.
