MAPUSA: On Wednesday a small roof portion of Ucassaim talathi’s office collapsed but no casualty was reported. The structure of Talathi’s office was in dilapidated condition and had obtained cracks and was not repaired as a result concrete fell of exposing the iron rods.
The Sarpanch of Uccassaim panchayat Anand Gadekar said “Tomorrow we are having a panchayat body meeting wherein we will make a resolution to repair Talathi’s office. The structure is old and in bad condition,“said Gadekar.
