St Joseph’s HS of Aquem edged past Fr Agnel Multipurpose Higher Secondary, Verna 4-2 via the tie-breaker after the teams were locked in a goalless draw at the end of the regulation period.
Marina English HS, Verna got the better of Government Multipurpose Higher Secondary School, Borda 6-7 via the tie-breaker. The teams were locked 1-1 at full time. Desmond Pereira and Richard scored for Marina EHS and Govt Multipurpose HSS of Borda respectively.
Manovikas HS thumped Our Lady of Carmel HS, Curtorim 3-0 margin with a hat-trick form Jonathan Viegas.
In the last match of the evening, St Alex HSS, Curtorim defeated St Anthony’s HS, Majorda 4-3 via the tie-breaker. In the normal time, Michael Fernandes scored for St Alex while Robson Fernandes netted for St Anthony’s.
