Stray dog menace seems to be plaguing every town and village in the State. These stray dogs are a danger to the general public as some of them even chase a moving vehicle. Stray dogs appear to have become bold as some are seen spending the night on the roof-top of the parked cars while others relax in the gardens as seen in the photograph. These dogs may even be infected with rabies. A comprehensive approach to tackle the stray-dog menace in the State is the need of the hour. These dogs need to be caught and lodged at the dog-house.
