Dangerous spot on the steps leading to Hight Court

There is a shortcut way to reach the High Court, Lyceum Square Buildings, located at Altinho Hill-Panjim. Instead of taking up the roundabout steep Altinho bound road leading to that location, the pedestrians can reach the above place by climbing up the steps, connected from the road leading to Rua De Ourem, Mala.  Many people, including those residing in that area, take up this footway steps path, to reach the High Court or their residences, to save their time. I recently happened to take up this shortcut route to reach the High court. And to my surprise and panic, I found a big coconut tree, bent 45 degrees down, with the roots virtually loosened out from the ground. There is a big risk of causing accidental injuries to the pedestrians, as the tree might crash down any time.
The concerned authorities need to take urgent action to prevent untoward incident from happening.
