PANJIM, OCT 9 "Though many member clubs were insisting for the last few days that I should contest for the post of president in the forthcoming Goa Football Association elections as they acknowledge my hard work and contribution to Goan football for the last 12 years, I have decided to withdraw my candidature for the same," stated Savio Messias.
