MARGAO: The Maina-Curtorim police arrested 19-year-old driver Akash Yadav for injuring two women from Moti Mongor, Margao in a hit-and-run collission.
Police said that Yadav’s vehicle collided against an oncoming two-wheeler ridden by Shainaz Shaikh (35) and Edociana Miranda (45) riding pillion at Nuvem and he fled from the spot with the vehicle without rendering help to the victims.
