About three months back, I had highlighted the need to install traffic signals at the busy Bogmalo junction (Citizen Herald, September 21). Several roads converge at this point which are connected to the National Highway, which connects Verna to Dabolim Airport. Hence, the traffic signals were the need of the hour in order to control the flow of traffic at this junction which has witnessed several accidents. It is nice to note that traffic signals have now been installed at the junction which has led to orderly movement of traffic at the spot.
