Through the “Citizen Herald” column in the O Heraldo edition dated March 4, I had highlighted the need to install traffic signals at the Varunapuri-Mangor junction in Vasco.
It is a very busy junction and several accidents have been reported here.

It is heartening to note that the authorities concerned have now installed traffic signals here which will go a long way in controlling the traffic movement along this road.
