Auda quits UGDP

In an interesting development, the vice-president of United Goans Democratic Party (UGDP) Auda Viegas has tendered her resignation from the party.
Saying that she has submitted her resignation to the party, Viegas said she has come to know that party leader Adv Anacleto Viegas is likely to take up the case of former Minister, Mickky Pacheco, accused by the crime branch in the Nadia Torrado death case.
Auda had been an active member of the regional party and was the party candidate for the South Goa Lok Sabha polls in the past.
