MARGAO: The Judicial Magistrate First Class Margao on Saturday remanded one Shubam Dessai for two days police custody in criminal breach of trust case. Colva Police arrested Shubam Dessai under Section 406 of Indian Penal Code and lodged him in police custody.
According to the police, one Manuel Fernandes of Benaulim lodged a complaint alleging that alleged accused Shubam has taken his bullet motorcycle on February 12 and did not return it back.

The police said the accused person had taken the motorcycle from the complainant saying to lend him only for five days, but did not return it back, thereby committing a criminal breach of trust.
