Don Bosco Oratory defeated Chandor Club 1-0 to march into the quarter-final of Sao Jose de Areal Panchayat cup inter-village football tournament organised by Sao Jose de Areal Sports Club at Padribhat ground, Sao Jose de Areal on Friday. There was no score at half time.
Don Bosco Oratory’s lone goal came in the 46th minute when Vincent Barbosa headed in a flag kick taken by Roger Azavedo.
Dujohn Fernandes of Chandor Club was adjudged man-of-the match.
