MAPUSA: Calangute Police have apprehended two persons namely Rajesh Arondekar (37) and Pathamesh Sawant (27) both residents of Livramentwaddo in Sangolda for accepting Matka.
Duo were arrested at Naikawaddo in Calangute while accepting matka bets in a open place.

Police also seized cash amounting to Rs 1,15,580. Gambling articles were also seized from their possession.
