Mapusa: Junior Magistrate First Class court Mapusa registered a case against Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and issued notices to him for his statement asking voters to take money from other parties and vote for AAP in the last Assembly election. The hearing is scheduled for Feb 8.
It can be recalled that on January 7, 2017, during an election rally at Mapusa, Kejriwal had asked the voters to take money from other parties but vote for AAP.
Sources said that Election Commission acted on a complaint filed against him at the Election Commission and later filed a complaint against Kejriwal at the Mapusa police station.
