Let us maintain peace in Goa

Goa is a land of its unique beauty with peaceful environment thus it attracts people from all over the world.

This beauty is not just confined to its sands and beaches but the beauty increases by the peace and humanity illuminating by the Goans. If we compare Goa to other states of India the serene environment maintained by Goans is highly appreciable. Whereas we could see since more than 70 years few groups are trying to malign the peace and harmony of our country by creating various illogical conflicts between different communities and leading them towards inhumanity on the basis of cast, creed, religion, status etc. We are witnessing lots of communal riots in India since many years.
Though the culprits who want to polarize India by communalizing the communities are not completely succeeded in it, they are still trying to establish their agenda. But by God’s grace these groups never succeeded in polluting the hearts of Goans as no hatred, bigotry or prejudice can ever enter the heart towards each other on the basis of illogical reasons. But we Goans simply cannot fall asleep believing that no one could communalize Goa and the riots will never enter Goa.
It’s our prime duty to be aware of the false agendas of such groups and also we need to be aware of the outcome if we ever fall prey to the instigations of such groups. They can only lead us towards nothing but violence and inhumanity. Whenever we get some intuition of such ideas entering Goa we need to be alert and try our level best to eradicate that virus from Goa before it reaches out to masses. As the proverb goes ‘unity is strength’ indeed Goa’s strength is the unity amongst the different communities and the beautiful heart of the Goans.
We Goans are peace lovers and we need to strive hard to maintain this peaceful undisturbed nonviolent environment as in recent days such groups have become more active. Let no force divide we Goans. Let us all stand united to preserve the peace and humanity in our beautiful state. Surely united we stand divided we fall.
