PONDA: The Ponda market complex roof has started leaking in the monsoon causing inconvenience to the visitors.
Though, the market complex was inaugurated 10 years back, due to various reasons and lack of proper facilities only few shops are operational in the market complex including on the mezzanine floor.

The shops such as fair price is operating on the mezzanine floor and therefore several ration card holders visit the complex. The monsoon water leaking from the joints of roof accumulates at the entrance pathway and makes the floor slippery.
Therefore, the locals have demanded with the Ponda Municipal Council (PMC) to repair the leaking portion of roof immediately and provide relief to the visiting customers.
