But made to wait for 3 hours

It was a three hour long wait for the students selected for scientific study tour to Hyderabad, to get flagged off as Science Minister Churchill Alemao had no time.
The students who waited since 11.30 am at Goa Science Center for minister on empty stomach finally were flagged off at around three clock, when minister after persistent request, failed to turn up.
The parents were very much upset with the minister’s behaviour but as no option was left they had to wait.
“Last night at around 8 o’clock we got call asking us to be present here today at 11.30 am as minister will be holding press conference at 11.45 am,” one of the parents said.
“He then postponed the press briefing for 12.30 and later to 2 pm,” parent added.
Finally, when the minister cancelled off his visit, Dr Joseph De Souza chief scientist and western regional coordinator of the mission, briefed the media.
