Union of Chinchinim Villagers nudged out Chandor Club 3-2 via the tie-breaker to enter the quarter-finals of All-Goa Bro Eulalio Vaz memorial inter-village football tournament organised by Don Bosco Oratory at Don Bosco Oratory ground, Fatorda on Tuesday. There was no score at full time.
The Chinchinim and Chandor strikers tested the rival keepers with sorties aplenty but missed numerous scoring chances.
In the second session too a goal eluded both.
In the ensuing tie-breaker, Noel Leitao, Cedric Fernandes and Franky Oliveira were on target for Chinchinim while Ashward Fernandes and Cruz Gomes converted for Chandor.
