PANJIM: The All India Football Federation (AIFF) will conduct an Online Talent Identification Workshop on October 13, aimed at strengthening national capacity in scouting and talent spotting. The 2.5-hour virtual session, beginning at 3 pm, is designed to educate and upskill participants in the principles and practical methods of identifying football talent at grassroots and elite levels.
Eligibility criteria include licenced football coaches with a minimum D Licence, certified or active scouts, football experts and former State or National players. Participants must be at least 22 years old, with both men and women.
