Adani Ahmedabad Marathon reveals official jersey for upcoming edition

The official jersey for the 9th Adani Ahmedabad Marathon was unveiled at Palladium Mall, drawing runners and fitness enthusiasts. The display featured a striking artwork made from 15,000 recycled plastic bottle caps, symbolising sustainability and a tribute to the tricolour. Designer Aaquib Wani collaborated with Adani Sportsline after inviting local residents to contribute ideas, blending community creativity with his storytelling approach. The jersey reflects the marathon’s theme, #Run4OurSoldiers, and captures Ahmedabad’s vibrant cultural spirit.
Sanjay Adesara, Chief Business Officer at Adani Sportsline, called the jersey launch an important milestone and thanked Wani for co-creating a design that mirrors the city’s energy. The event comes ahead of the marathon on November 30, starting from the Sabarmati Riverfront Sports Park and covering landmarks like Atal Bridge and Gandhi Ashram. The race, listed on the AIMS Global Marathon Event List, continues to honour India’s armed forces. Participation has grown steadily, with over 20,000 runners joining in recent editions.
