Residents of Porvorim and Sancoale will face planned power shutdowns later this month due to maintenance work, officials said. In Sancoale, electricity supply will be interrupted on January 27 from 9 am to 1 pm at the Sancoale substation. Areas likely to be affected include Helber Washing Centre, Assol, Chitalia Panchayat and surrounding localities.
Similarly, a power shutdown has been scheduled in Porvorim on January 28 from 9.30 am to 2.30 pm. Areas expected to be impacted include Sabnis Park, Alcon Residency, Pepperfry, Co-Exist and nearby areas.
