Goa Chief Minister Pramod Sawant visited the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi, one of the premier venues hosting Formula One races, during his overseas trip. The visit came soon after Goa successfully hosted a Formula 4 event, reflecting the state’s growing interest in competitive motorsports. Officials said the Chief Minister reviewed track management systems, safety protocols, spectator facilities and event logistics while interacting with organisers. Sawant noted that observing world-class infrastructure and operational standards would help Goa improve its own motorsport ecosystem.
