Foundation Stone Laid for ₹35 Lakh Renovation of Sangolda Crematorium

The foundation stone for the renovation of the nearly 100-year-old crematorium at Sangolda was laid by Kedar J. Naik, marking the start of a long-awaited upgrade to the facility.

The ₹35 lakh project aims to modernise the crematorium, which has remained neglected for years. Planned improvements include the construction of a covered shed and the enhancement of basic infrastructure to ensure better convenience and dignity for families.
