The story revolves around a mother (Carmin) and her three children, Reuben (Benzer), Sterley (Aloma) and Myra (Sheena Gracias). Myra is already engaged and preparations are underway for marriage.

Sterley is in love with Shelton (Franky Gonsalves), who comes from a poor family and is unemployed. After tying the knot with Nicholas (Abel), Myra steps out of the house.
Under grave circumstances and the inconveniences faced by Shelton, a family doctor (Anthony Caiado) steps in and decides to assist him in uniting with Sterley.
Meanwhile, Tarzan (Peter de Macazana), in disguise of a goon, eyes Sterley. With false promises of showering her with wealth and money, he coaxes her to give up on Shelton and unite with him in marriage.
After much hesitation, Reuben also tries to assist his sister Sterley financially in tying the knot with Shelton. Due to financial constraints, the newly wedded couple finally puts up under the same roof.
Reuben gets upset as the village folk begin to gossip. He speaks to his mom and wishes to drive away the couple.
On the other hand, Reuben finally gets a chance to go abroad. But he now needs financial assistance to fly. His mom persuades him to seek help from his sisters, who have now settled in life.
Both the sisters decline to assist their only brother in need. What follows next is worth the watch during the second half of the drama.
Tiatr ‘Tonddan Subez’ by Peter de Macazana is a family melodrama, with focus on different relationships in a family. There are fine acts from Carmin, Sheena, Aloma, Benzer and Abel. Peter de Macazana projects him initially in a negative role, but later reveals his true identity. Child artiste Maryanne Borges has also played a convincing role.
In the comic acts, there’s comedians Ben Evangelisto, Ambe, Glany, Fiona and Dylan and they carry a good dose of laughter pills with them.
In the category of songs, Peter de Macazana steps in for the opening song, followed by solos from Benny de Aldona, Abel, Sheena Gracias and Ignatius de Xelvon. There are songs by Ignatius de Xelvon and Benny de Aldona, Ben Evangelisto, Dylan and Abel, Sheena, Abel and Peter de Macazana. But the quantity of songs was less, with a duet and a quartet missing in the presentation. Senon and his musical team provided good music to all the songs.
The stage sets were put up by Anthony de Ambaji, while Sunny de Colva assisted with the lights.
