The Sarpanch responded that the announcement regarding staff selection had been made earlier in the church, but several Gram Sabha members said they were not informed properly. As tensions grew, the Sarpanch decided to call off the meeting before the remaining agenda could be discussed. A six-member committee was later formed to review the CCTV installation process. Other civic concerns, including garbage management and road digging in the village, were also briefly discussed.
