The deceased have been identified as Ramanna Parsu Mader (19), Laxman Parsu Mader (19), and Hiranna Mader, all residents of Chicalim, along with Vijay Sajili of Vasco, who was a student of Vasant Joshi College, Zuarinagar.
Rescue teams and local authorities rushed to the spot after receiving information about the incident. Despite efforts to save them, all four youths were declared dead.
