Goa Health Minister Vishwajit Rane has expressed profound grief over the passing of Taleigao MLA and former minister Jennifer Monserrate, describing her death as a deeply personal loss and paying tribute to her years of dedicated public service.
In his condolence message, Rane remembered Monserrate as a compassionate leader who devoted herself wholeheartedly to the welfare of the people. He said her commitment to serving the public and her approachable nature earned her the respect and affection of those she represented throughout her political career.
