Honda Police Outpost Violence: Court Disposes of 13 Anticipatory Bail Pleas, Directs Notice Before Arrest

The Additional Sessions Court at Merces has disposed of a batch of 13 anticipatory bail applications filed in connection with the alleged mob violence outside the Honda Police Outpost.

While disposing of the applications, the court directed the Valpoi Police to issue at least three days’ prior notice to the applicants if their custodial interrogation or arrest becomes necessary during the course of the ongoing investigation.
