Sattari: The Judicial Magistrate First Class (JMFC) court at Sattari has framed criminal charges against Kumar Laxman Utlasar in connection with an alleged ₹1.03 crore cyber investment scam, while rejecting his plea seeking discharge from the case.
The court observed that allegedly renting out commercial bank accounts to facilitate the siphoning of proceeds of crime in exchange for a commission indicated active involvement in the alleged offence.
