DABOLIM: Dabolim Airport is generating around ₹135 crore in profit while handling approximately 85 flights and nearly 13,000 passengers daily, according to Lt Akash Deep, Airport Director of Goa International Airport, Dabolim.
Speaking during the launch of the Yatri Seva Abhiyan at the airport, Lt Akash Deep said there was “nothing to worry about” regarding the airport’s operations and highlighted its continued passenger and flight activity.
He also said that 10 additional Aeroflot flights are expected to operate from Dabolim during the upcoming winter season, providing increased connectivity during the peak travel period.
Lt Akash Deep further stated that office space has been provided to Fly91, allowing the airline to commence operations from the airport at any time.
The Airport Director’s remarks come as Dabolim continues to handle significant daily passenger and flight volumes, with additional services expected during the winter season.
