Three people were killed and another was critically injured after a speeding BMW crashed on Mumbai’s Coastal Road and fell from a bridge in the early hours of Sunday.
The black BMW was travelling from Marine Drive towards Haji Ali when the driver allegedly lost control of the vehicle. The car reportedly struck a boundary wall before plunging from the bridge into an area where parking-related construction work was underway.

All four occupants were rushed to Nair Hospital following the crash. Doctors declared three of them dead on arrival.
The fourth occupant, identified as 23-year-old Aditya Kalpeshwar Oswal, was admitted to the hospital’s trauma ward and remains in critical condition.
Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash, including the alleged speeding and loss of control.
