BJP is father of scams, says Delhi Health Minister

PANJIM: Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain on Monday said that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) government in Goa is the “father of scams”. Stating that the Goan people were intensely resentful of the BJP, Jain said the party had “stocked its cabinet with pearls” in the form of scam-tainted ministers.

Jain said, “There is one minister who was involved in a sex scandal and had to resign. Now the party has given candidature to him. Another was involved in an oxygen scam while another minister is accused of selling jobs in his department and reportedly takes Rs 20 lakh for it.” He further said, “While the economic condition of Goa was deteriorating during the first phase of the pandemic, Goa’s BJP government was engaged in scams. 

Aap launches digital door to door campaign

Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Goa desk in-charge, Atishi and AAP CM candidate Amit Palekar launched the party’s digital door-to-door campaign on Monday to reach out to every home in the State with the party’s vision for Goa. 

Palekar said that people can visit ekchancekejriwalak.com page or can give a miss-call on 7277972779; where Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal and AAP CM candidate Amit Palekar will explain AAP’s vision for the State.

Palekar said, “Parivartan Yatras and Rojgar Yatras were conducted previously by AAP to reach out to a wide audience with party’s promises”.
