Fatorda residents move HC seeking stay on civic polls
MARGAO, OCT 5 Asserting that reservations have been done in an arbitrary and whimsical manner, residents of Fatorda have knocked the doors of the High Court seeking directions to the Director of Municipal Administration to hold elections to the Margao Municipal Council only after complying with the provisions of the Goa Municipalitis Act, 1968 and the Election Rules, 1969.
