A 44-year-old man from Raibhag-Karnataka was arrested, after he was caught red-handed by Collem police while stealing iron bars used as fences along the road at Anmode Ghat on Thursday.
Acting on the tip-off, Collem Head Constable Akbar Khan went to the site and caught Shankar Haddippa Patri red-handed. Police said that Shankar will be produced before Sanguem JMFC on Friday. Police is investigating the case.
