“The situation badly impacts the safe and peaceful living environment of our community and poses a serious concern for the safety and well-being of the residents. The parties being hosted by these individuals are accompanied by loud music from the car stereo, boisterous drunken behaviour and disturbing activities that continue well into the night causing inconvenience, fear and distress to the residents,” the Association has pointed out.

The Association has demanded the patrolling and surveillance in the vicinity intensified during the late hours to deter and identify individuals engaging in such disruptive activities, strict enforcement of noise pollution regulations ensuring and taking appropriate action against violations.

It has suggested that the police collaborate with local municipal corporations to ensure a comprehensive approach in addressing the issue, pursue legal action against the miscreants responsible for disrupting the peace and violating local laws and regulations.

“Prepare a plan with the local municipal corporation for setting up manned security points with CCTV cameras with surveillance personnel and facility, help register all vehicles owned by residents of the colony and then restrict and regulate entry of non-residential vehicles into the colony, consider setting up of a police surveillance outpost within the colony to facilitate the security,” the Association has demanded.
