LOUTOLIM: Goa Velha defeated Ugem Rising Club 5-4 via the tie-breaker to move into the quarter-final of the Village Panchayat Cup of Loutolim, organised by SCC Loutolim, at Montir-Loutolim ground on Thursday.
In the resultant tie-breaker, Goa Velha proved to be better shooters.
Goa Velha will meet the winners of the match between Rossman Cruz Verna and Sao Jose de Areal on January 8 in the quarter-final.
