Legendary composer Gonsalves laid to rest
MARGAO: People from all walks of life bid adieu to legendary music composer Anthony Gonsalves in his village Majorda on Sunday.
His mortal remains were laid to rest after a Eucharistic celebration at the Mother of God Church, Majorda this evening, where musicians, artists, friends and relatives paid rich tributes to the great musician
Power Minister, Alexio Sequiera, Goa Vikas Party Supremo Mickky Pacheco and other personalities paid tributes to Gonsalves. “Goa has lost a great son, while India has lost a great musician”, said Sequeira as he paid tributes to the departed musician.
