MUMBAI, MAY 12
Orient Paper & Industries Ltd expects a boost to revenues in the third and fourth quarter of the current fiscal from its tissue paper business, its managing director said.
‘A new tissue paper plant is in the process of trial-run production. We hope to start commercial production in the next few weeks. This new plant will give us additional capacity of 15,000 tonnes,’ M L Pachisia said.
‘We do hope that in the last two quarters of this year tissue paper business will add to our revenues,’ he said.
The company plans to expand in this market as the industry has an annual growth rate of over 15 per cent, he said.
