Rahul Rana appointed CEO of Payback India
PANJIM: Payback, a multi brand loyalty service provider, announced the appointment of Rahul Rana as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Rahul joined Payback India in 2010 as Chief Operating Officer (COO), and was spearheading partner acquisition programs for the company. He has to his credit signing-up the partnership with Future Group, India’s largest retailer, to become the anchor retail partner for Payback India. Rahul succeeds Vijay Bobba who has stepped down from his current role of Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, PAYBACK India, to pursue other interests.
Mercedes-Benz unveils new TVC
PANJIM: Mercedes-Benz India is all set to launch India’s first ‘Compact Performance Sedan’ the CLA 45 AMG on 22-July, 2014. Attributed as an important first for Mercedes-Benz, the ‘Ah My God’ communication campaign will lead to the introduction of the CLA 45AMG in India. The highlight of this campaign is Mercedes-Benz India’s first ever India specific TVC. The campaign is conceptualized and produced by Mercedes-Benz’s digital agency, CreativeLand Asia. Goa Food and Hospitality Expo to be held in August
PANJIM: Media Promotions Pvt Ltd in association with Hospitality Biz, a leading magazine for hospitality professional, is all set to host the 2nd ‘Goa Food and Hospitality Expo’- 2014. GAIN project to promote chilli as a promising cash crop in Goa
PANJIM: Zuari Agro Chemicals Ltd, through its special project named GAIN (Goa Agri Initiative), has taken up the chilli crop for improvement. Chilli cultivation in Goa has a vast potential as the agro climatic situation is quite appropriate and there is adequate market available within the state. The Goa Horticulture Development Corporations alone may be requiring about 15-17 tons/day. Under GAIN a pilot of chilli cultivation in Kharif is initiated with hybrid “Sitara” which has performed better during Kharif in neighboring areas.
