Kumar Gera, chairman, Gera Developments was awarded the Scroll of Honor for his outstanding contribution to the real estate sector at the 6th Realty Plus Excellence Award 2014 in Pune. The company was also awarded the Best Themed Project Award and Best Marketing Concept Award for Gera’s Child Centric Homes concept by Realty Plus. Additionally, Gera’s Trinity Towers at Pune won the Best Residential Project in the Pune Region in the luxury segment at the CNBC AWAAZ Real Estate Awards 2014 held in Delhi. Earlier this year, Bloomberg TV India, the country’s leading English business news channel and knowledge partners JLL ranked Gera Developments among the top ten residential real estate developers in Pune.
