PANJIM: Haier announced the launch of Duo, the double drum top load washing machine in India.
The new Duo washing machine comes with two drums with capacities of 7 kgs and 2.5 kgs respectively, where both the drums can function simultaneously having two separate kinds of loads. The machine is especially designed with this unique feature to address various laundry needs of a single family. For instance, users can now segregate their laundry according to their individual needs, like – whites and colored clothes, innerwear and outerwear, delicate clothes versus regular wear, and more.
The new Haier Duo is loaded with great features like, one touch control for washing clothes in both drums, Near Zero Pressure (NZP) technology for smooth functioning even in low water pressure, magic filters, pulsators for balanced cleaning and soft fall technology for slow and smooth closing of the windows. Users can also choose from multiple pre-set functions that best suits their laundry needs like, normal, heavy, quick or, more specifically for delicate clothes, innerwear and baby clothes.
The washing machine is available in the India market at Rs 50,999 and comes with a life time warranty on the motor.
