the way language is used to communicate and Programming refers to external
behaviour and reactions as a result of programming. Through Neuro-Linguistic

transform education. Through anecdotes and a sense of humour, Prof. Rao
elaborated how NLP helps in managing stress, understanding one’s ego level,
building rapport with people, analyzing one’s creative ability, enhancing one’s
communication, enhancing one’s circle of influence and motivation, enhancing
one’s self-efficacy and overcoming unproductive and unhealthy habits.

The
resource person also explained the implications of having right and left
brain-oriented teachers and right and left brain-oriented students and how to
deal with the situation accordingly so as to make classroom teaching effective.
