display of colourful Christmas decorative items of all types, sizes and colours
that simply infuses you with the festive spirit.
The items on display include a
trumpet-playing Santa prop, some magnificent Christmas trees and a variety of
baubles and ornaments. The festive ambience of the store transports you to past

“We keep coming back to this store every
year as it has the latest things. Sometimes, when it comes to Christmas, you
just want something new. Well, you just have to walk in here and you will not
run out of options,” says a customer visiting the store. Incidentally, there
are customers travelling from outside Goa as well, from Bangalore, Pune and
Mumbai, who vouch for the quality of the items sold here and reminisce about
how they decorated the house with the items bought from here.
What sets the store, which is an iconic
establishment located on Diogo De Couto Road opposite Garcia de Orta, Panjim,
apart from others; is the collection of the latest trends of Christmas décor,
such as Christmas themed tablecloths, place-mats, napkins, table runners,
centre pieces, candle stands, mistletoes, flowers, curtain holders, ceramic
plates, wall hangings, wine bottle covers, mugs, valances, trays, baubles,
badges and tinsel, amongst other.
The electrical decorations are a class apart, from fibre optics,
3D electrical and LED decorations to unique outdoor LED lamps with ‘snow’
falling inside, like a snow-globe. Be it charming village scene installations,

“Everyone
wants Christmas to be a special occasion and it is always a special moment for
the families. There is a lot of joy and excitement when it comes to decorating
your house for the season and that is why we make sure we have the best of
everything,” says proprietor Darlene Fernandes, who was interacting with the
customers. For children visiting the store, it is an absolute delight as the
goodies add a sparkle to their eyes and give them all another reason to look
forward to Christmas and what all Santa Claus can bring them.
