What a defying and charming Chief Minister we have in Manohar Parrikar. In order to fulfil his pet project, he has made a hasty appeal to the business community to back Mopa airport by campaigning on their social media networks or on their websites. It appears that CM and his puppet MLAs are hell-bent to go ahead to please the builders’ lobby and land sharks by destroying our environment. Mr CM, first see that we Goans are satisfied by having continuous power supply which is disrupted several times during the day. Water shortage that we have to take care with tankers. Roads with potholes that are not safe for driving. Get rid of stray cattle that squat in the middle of the road during day and night.
By the way those who are opposing Mopa know that Dabolim airport is enough for Goa, and are not against any good development. It is the vested interest of the politicians who are in favour of Mopa who are now hell-bent to divide us. Your interest is only to see that you have your way and we electorate who brought you to power is at your mercy. Let the next election come and we shall show the betrayers the door.
