Dark clouds hover on the horizon ahead of the monsoon session of Parliament and our beloved PM has suddenly remembered that the smooth functioning of parliament is a “shared responsibility”.
After all the wasted days when entire sessions of Parliament were washed out only because of the arrogant and uncompromising nature of the opposition they have now woken up to the reality of being a responsible govt. when they could not behave like a responsible opposition.
Now the shoe is on the other foot and they have to face the Lalitgate and Vyapam music in Parliament.
