Export of Maggi noddles

It has been reported that the Bombay High Court in its decision on Tuesday, the June 30, 2015 allowed Nestle India to export its product  ‘Maggi Noodles’.
The same was declared unhygienic in many states in India as it contained excess limit of lead which is poisonous to health and Monosodium Glutamate (MSG). When FDA India after carefully & scientifically testing  the contents of Maggi Noodles, has banned it in India on health grounds, is not the same product being exported also harmful on these grounds to the foreigners when consumed?
The expendible and consumable item Maggi is not that product unlike other non-expendible items which can be withdrawn from the market, get it modified and change its content and then push into the market.
I do not intent in casting aspersions on the verdict of Bombay HC, but it is a moral duty of Nestle India not to export such defective ‘goods’, once declared unconsumable in India, to put the same in markets for sale abroad. The best way is to destroy the defective lots here itself in India and go for new and fresh manufacturing. This will infuse more faith in the company and boost its products.
