The present CM is having a tough time in reversing some decisions taken by Manohar Parrikar. In an effort to make everyone happy the govt was on a spending spree giving out doles and sending on MLAs’ junkets. There are still no early signs of resumption of mining and tourists also seem to have left for better shores. It would be wise to cut the losses.
