It is a welcome relief that highways are continuously cleaned of garbage. People use the roads, bylanes to dump all sorts of non segregated waste. Dogs and other scavenger animals then spread it all over creating an eyesore. Can marked bins be placed at vantage points to avoid the labour intensive effort? Certain days in the week could be devoted to this collection and if there is some sound of horn of collecting vehicle, then it can alert those who instead of littering will directly deposit it with the vehicle.
