It is a shocking news that of one more billing clerk from RTO Vasco was caught for misappropriation funds to the tune of Rs 5 lakhs from Jan 2011 to April 2015 for which the Asst. Director of Transport of Vasco complaint to the Director of Transport who immediately suspended him for further inquiry by complaining to Vasco Police.
Is it not true that the ghost who haunts RTO is not other than corruption and curses.
